When you win back-to-back Super Bowls, you’re kind of on the hot seat for creating an awesome championship ring.
The NFL franchise revealed its rings for winning this year’s Super Bowl and wasn’t shy of acknowledging it’s their second consecutive victory in the big game. The jewelry is also not shy of its own significance with a removable cap, the secret “Tom and Jerry” play that won the game and of course, the four total Lombardi Trophies the team has won.
A very popular infographic that’s come along with championship rings of recent years is the full description noting the different aspects of the ring, along with a few “Easter eggs” if you look closely.
The ring includes 505 round diamonds, 19 baguette diamonds, 5 marquise diamonds, and 38 custom-cut genuine rubies, and is made up of 14.8-carat gold.
The Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes took to X and simply posted, “Big Time,” along with a picture of him wearing his now three Super Bowl rings.
At the team’s ring acceptance ceremony, several other players were recorded and photographed showing off their rings.
